Job Role:
Associate / Operator – Air Conditioning Compressor

Location:
National Highway 8A, Matoda (Sarkhej – Bavla), Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382213

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain air conditioning compressor production lines.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.

Handle equipment and machinery in day and night shifts.

Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass

ITI / Diploma / Graduation

Skills:

Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge

Ability to work in shifts and maintain production quality

Teamwork and discipline on the shop floor

Salary:

10th / 12th / ITI / Graduation: Gross ₹18,057, In-hand ₹16,122 (26 days)

Diploma: Gross ₹18,914, In-hand ₹16,972 (26 days)

Overtime: ₹127 per hour

Other Details:

Age: 18–28 years

Shifts: Day (7 AM–5 PM) & Night (9 PM–7 AM)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Facilities: EPF, ESIC, Canteen (Tea & Snacks Rs.10), Free Bus (Sarkhej to Bavla), Room Rent ₹500 for out-of-state employees
